If you have played any other type of sims game this one would seem a bit shallow. After a while you notice that the characters react the same way everytime a particular interaction is performed. It might have been nice if the game design had a bit more randomness of action in it. My Windows version of the game has some sort of glitch that appears every time you do a wardrobe change during a photoshoot. At first the digital model looks fine, but after you attempt a change of clothes, a digital cover appears on her head. It looks like someone took a rag and draped it over the digital model's head. I suspect the game code controlling the physics and movement of the model's hair is the problem.
